Got Donna Savattere pregnant, paid her to keep quiet
(NEWSER) – Chances are Dan Marino's wife did not have a very happy 28th wedding anniversary yesterday—considering Marino spent at least part of the day crafting a statement to the New York Post admitting that he had a love child in 2005. The former Miami Dolphin and current CBS analyst got Donna Savattere, then a 35-year-old production assistant at the network, pregnant and paid her to keep the whole thing quiet, the Post reports. Savattere had daughter Chloe in June 2005, about two months before Marino was inducted into the Hall of Fame.
