On a stage mostly known for country music, pop star Bruno Mars drew in over 75,000 fans to the Houston Rodeo

(Sunny 99.1) - It was a record night for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Singer Bruno Mars performed before more than 75,000 people at Reliant Stadium. Mars broke the previous mark set just last year by country star Jason Aldean.
Bruno Mars is the only performer in HLSR's Top 10 record holders from pop music. He will be back in Houston for a repeat performance in Toyota Center in August.
