(WENN) - Alicia Keys launched her latest album Girl on Fire in style by throwing a star-studded party in New York on Tuesday night.
The singer kicked off the week with the lights of New York's Empire State Building being synchronized to her fifth record's title track and her huge hit with pal Jay-Z, "Empire State of Mind."
She continued the celebrations on Tuesday by hosting a VIP bash at Big Apple club The Box, where she was joined by her record producer husband Swizz Beatz and a host of A-list pals including Beyonce, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake and designer Tommy Hilfiger.
Keys was presented with a cake featuring her image made out of icing, and reportedly hit the dancefloor with Beyonce while her partner, Swizz Beatz, acted as MC on the decks.
