Shakira has let slip she is expecting a baby boy.
Just two weeks after announcing her pregnancy, the singer has told the world the sex of her first child with her boyfriend, soccer star Gerard Pique.
The Colombian superstar revealed the news September 19, at the same time she announced that she had to pull out of the iHeartRadio Music Festival. And now Shakira has revealed the sex of the baby.
She tells German TV network RTL, "It's gonna be a boy. This guy (Pique) is the best thing that ever happened to me in my whole life. And now we are having a baby!"
Shakira is also making plans to involve her son in her humanitarian work, adding, "When the baby is born, I'll take him with me on charity trips. He shall learn that he is able to change the world."
