Rumor has it Adam will takeover the judging seat if JLo leaves

Adam Lambert may be returning to American Idol - on the other side of the judge's desk.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Lambert has been in talks to join the judging ranks in the event that Jennifer Lopez decides to bail - a scenario that's looking more and more likely.
Adam has issued a coyly worded statement saying, "Idol has an amazing history of introducing great musical talent, and I was very fortunate to have had the Idol stage play a big part in my career. If Idol wants to talk to me about judging, I'd be more than flattered to have that conversation."
