As you all know, I have embarked in this weight loss/healthy living journey to be more fit and just feel good. It's been about a month and a half since I started and I want to emphasize it is definitely a challenge! I began to become discouraged because I was sllooowwwlllyy seeing the scale change. A half a pound here, a half a pound there. I continued to cut back everything I was eating and I made sure I kept moving through the day. Even if I couldn't make it to the gym, I would spend the morning deep cleaning, (we all know that is a workout all in its self).
When I compared a photo of myself I took 2 months ago and then a photo I took last night, I could see the difference!!! It felt good to know that all of my work wasn't for nothing.
My tip for this week is: I highly recommend taking BEFORE photos of yourself! Because the scale doesn't always show the full extent of your results and you will have something to compare to!
