A man in Alaska who tried to raise money by selling more than 20 facial tattoo ads is now wanting to raise money to get them removed! Billy Gibby started the facial tattoo advertising in efforts to feed his children and now he is rethinking his decision saying, "I regret them because I only did them because of my mental illness." Poor Gibby, we don't think he even knew the tattoos were permanent.....
