This story just warms our little heart! A police officer in North Carolina stopped to offer a ride to a mother pushing a stroller in the rain. City employee Ed McNeal saw the whole thing and even got a photo of the officer's good deed. McNeal posted the photo on his Twitter account and it went viral.

Now, we know this is something police officers across the country probably do, but it's nice to be reminded how thoughtful of a gesture it really is!
