Madonna just joined Instagram but is she already getting kicked off?

She recieved an email from Instagram warning her to stop posting "risque photos". 

The email read,

It has come to our attention that your account on Instagram has violated our Community Guidelines. Dont share photos that arent yours and dont share photos that show nudity or mature content. It is important to note that continuing to violate them may result in a disabled account, or discontinued access to Instagram, without warning.

Do you think her photos need to be filtered or is Instagram being too sensitive?
