Robert Chute and three of his friends are petitioning the U.S. government to make the day after the Super Bowl a national holiday. Super Bowl plans he says are made, on average, 41 days in advance of the big game. New Year's plans are made 35 days in advance. Robert adds that the Monday after the Super Bowl is one of the biggest sick days of the year!
