Sheryl Crow apparently knew about Lance Armstrong's use of performance-enhancing drugs. According to Celebuzz, the singer was mentioned twice in affidavits submitted to the United States Anti-Doping Association, which blew the whistle on Armstrong's performance-enhancing drug use. Crow was allegedly present when Armstrong talked about using performance-enhancing drugs to at least one teammate.
