Boy have I learned a BIG lesson ladies and gentlemen. After working hard eating right, losing weight and getting great results, I got lazy. All the quick fix weight-loss pills, shots and surgery are just that. . . a quick fix. I blame myself, I knew better but didn't make the time to do it right. In the end ladies and gentlemen it comes down to personal responsibility and finding the time to do it right and if you try, you can find the time. Excuses are just that. . . excuses.
So I started this venture with Mountainside Fitness to show you the importance of a personal trainer. I forgot how much you can learn from a trainer and working one on one with someone who really cares about your success. Because if you look good, so do they.
As part of this venture I want you to come along and see for yourself what you can get from working with a personal trainer and using the advice and tools they give you to achieve your goals.
