Here's 5 reasons why we think Beyoncé and Lady Gaga are linking up to release a sequel to their 2009 hit "Telephone." You might remember the iconic duo leaving their music video open ended... with a "to be continued."
- Bey's yellow taxi in her "Act II" trailer look very similar to the yellow truck used in the original "Telephone" video.
- Bey announced her album on Feb. 11th, the same day Gaga gets checked into jail in the "Telephone" video.
- Bey's single "Texas Hold 'Em" could be a nod to Gaga's Poker face line "I wanna hold 'em like they do in Texas please."
- Gaga wore a jersey with the number 16 on it to the Super Bowl (the same day Bey announced her album.) One of the Beyoncé songs released that day is called "16 carriages."
- Gaga posted a picture of her holding up the number "2" at the Super Bowl before Bey announced "Act II."
Coincidence? I think not.
