I was dual-enrolled at Rio Salado during my high school career (sophomore through senior year). Following graduation in May 2010, I took two online summer courses through Rio and then continued my education at Chandler Gilbert. I attended CGCC for only one year where I received my Associate in Arts (AA) and the Arizona General Education Curriculum (AGEC-A) degree this last May. Because of the dual enrollment option Rio Salado offers, I have been able to get my two year degree in only one year! I am now one year ahead in school and I am so grateful to have this wonderful opportunity. I will be transferring to ASU in the fall as a junior and will be enrolled in the iTeachAZ Professional Program.
