How do you define success? I define success by whether or not I will have left a positive footprint on the Earth when I am gone. With the help of Rio, I am able to impact the lives of others in ways I could only dream about. Through Rio, I was able to leave the corporate rat-race behind and enter an elementary classroom as a very well-prepared teacher. The Rio program gave me all the tools I needed to not only teach my students, but after just a few short years, I am mentoring other new teachers.
